• Project Managers – Are you able to manage and oversee projects, working with both customer and internal resources at all levels to deliver a sustainable solution to improve back office operational performance for our customers?

• Implementation Consultants – Are you able to conduct and lead customer projects involving business analysis and requirements gathering, process documentation, project deliverable creation & customer software support?

• Software Trainers – Are you able to develop and deliver formal training, interactive sessions and ongoing support in a friendly and engaging way to our customers and their people at all levels to make sure they get the best from our market leading products?

• Operations Management Trainers – If you have experience in developing and delivering training events that make a difference, this is the role for you.  Focussed on our market leading back office optimisation approach, combining software with management practices, you will deliver Operations Management training to our clients and help them transform the operational results they achieve.

If you have experience of planning, forecasting and scheduling this would be an advantage.

The vacancies may include regular travel in the UK, Europe and many other international locations such as Asia Pacific and South Africa.

Senior Software Developer

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for the development of new products as well as enhancing and maintaining our existing product suite.  This development may be on a stand-alone basis or supported by other Developers on larger and/or more complex projects.  This includes undertaking code reviews on software deliverables by other developers, as well as ensuring own developments are also reviewed, as required by projects.
