		<description>Hi Teri, we&#039;ve always stuck to the recommended rework time of zero since we (CFS) launched in 2005 but my personal view is that it&#039;s rather punitive.  We all make mistakes and I&#039;m not convinced that getting extra time or not getting extra time for putting them right has any bearing.  That said, any allowance for rework should be realistic and, as it is likely only a small part of the original work needs to be corrected, it follows that the rework unit time should be minimal.
