eg solutions plc (“the Company”) announces that on 2 June 2008 it was notified that Rodney Baker-Bates, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, bought on 2 June 2008, 300,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Baker-Bates has a notifiable beneficial interest in 775,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.4% of the issued share capital.
