eg solutions plc (“the Company”) announces that on 2 June 2008 it was notified that Elizabeth Gooch, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, bought on 2 June 2008, 179,412 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Ms Gooch has a notifiable interest in 9,172,612 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 64.2% of the issued share capital.
