IT Software and Services company eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS) is delighted to announce the appointment of Violetta Parylo as Finance Director and Company Secretary with effect from Monday 19th May 2008.
Aged 42, Ms Parylo brings 14 years experience in delivering strategic, financial and business value to eg solutions having held a number of senior finance positions within both UK and International companies.
A graduate of Keele University, Ms Parylo started her career in 1989 at Neville Russell Chartered Accountants in Birmingham. In 1993 she moved to the Birmingham office of FTSE 100 listed 3i plc, where she enjoyed a succession of internal promotions over a twelve year period. Subsequently, Ms Parylo progressed to the position of Finance Director within Keane Limited in Coventry; part of Keane Inc, the US quoted business process and IT services firm.
Ms Parylo was most recently employed as Finance Director of Lichfield-based Nextiraone UK Limited, a subsidiary of Dutch registered €1 billion private equity company NextiraOne Group BV. As a member of the UK Board of Directors and with overall responsibility for a 35 strong finance function, Ms Parylo was part of a senior team whose focus was on the implementation of strategic planning in order to deliver consistent year-on-year growth.

Ms Parylo does not currently hold any shares in eg solutions plc, and there are no other matters which are required to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
