Resignation of Non-executive Director

eg solutions plc (“eg” or “the Company”) today announces the resignation of Mr Jonathan Pyke, as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Pyke has resigned from the Board due to his work commitments involved with his new full time role as Strategy Director for an Amsterdam-based Company.

The Company is now looking to appoint a suitable replacement as soon as realistically possible, with the specific intention of appointing a Non-executive Director who will bring previous career experience in growing and developing software businesses to the Board.

At this time, such an appointment is not imminent, but a further announcement will be made to shareholders as appropriate.
