eg has announced that it will sponsor the National Back Office Forum in April 2010 – a specialist forum which runs alongside the Professional Planning Forum’s annual Customer Contact Planning conference on 19 & 20 April in Birmingham.
The Professional Planning Forum (PPF), one of eg’s partners, hosts several conference events every year. The theme of Customer Contact Planning 2010 is ‘Passionate about Performance: planning to be the best’ and over 500 delegates are expected.
eg will sponsor the National Back Office Forum and share how real-time decision making can really help resource planners. The forum brings together back office managers, planners and analysts to discover what is becoming common practice and what we can learn from the industry’s leaders in this area. Topics will include:
