eg solutions plc, the AIM listed operations management software company, hosted its annual eg operational excellence awards ceremony last night in London.
With over 160 guests present, including employees, clients, and associates of eg, the event acknowledged the outstanding achievements of clients from organisations within the UK and internationally based, while celebrating another year of progressive development and success.
With the specific intention to recognise best practice use of eg’s software and operational management principles, each award entry was subjected to a rigorous assessment process and was ultimately judged on best practice criteria established by eg together with, independent observation and supporting documentation.
Elizabeth Gooch, CEO of eg , stated: “We present these awards each year as we seek to celebrate and reward the hard work and success managers, team leaders and their teams make in the drive to deliver world class operations management.”
“We actively encourage our clients to enter and celebrate the progress and achievements they have made over the past year. In addition the awards are the ideal way for organisations to benchmark themselves both internally and against their industry peers,” she added.
The much sought after ‘Product Innovation Award’ category was presented by Kim Leitch of the Institute of Customer Service to Norwich Union Life, in order to recognise its achievements in successfully and creatively applying the eg software suite within its business to make a real difference financially and reward its continued commitment to product improvement and innovation in the pursuit of operational excellence.
