Leo Evans, Professional Development Manager at the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) added:
“As the UK and Ireland’s leading body for customer service performance and professionalism it was a pleasure to be invited by eg solutions to open their dedicated training facility.
“One of the three dimensions in the ICS model for world-class customer service is “people” and it is fantastic to see eg embracing this in their development strategy. Providing first class facilities for training and development of individuals demonstrates eg solutions’ commitment to investing in people and will help to support continuous learning and development taking place.”
