Reinforcing its commitment to the South African market, global business software application specialists, eg operations management solutions (pty) Ltd has been rated Level 2 BBBEE contributor awarded by independent economic empowerment and rating agency EmpowerDEX.The UK company; eg solutions plc, which entered the South African market in 2007, has already made significant inroads into the financial services sector securing clients such as Standard Bank.
Commenting on the company’s achievement, CEO and founder, Elizabeth Gooch, said: “South Africa is an important market for eg and achieving a level 2 rating in only our second year for our commitment to developing this market is a great achievement.”
As a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, the organisation has a dedicated skills development programme in place for staff, which means that staff benefit from comprehensive training programmes in the core Microsoft technologies that the eg software suite is built on.
As part of the company’s social responsibility initiative it supports the Doornkop Needy Children’s Centre providing e-pap, toys, educational equipment and clothes for the children.
