AIM listed IT software and services company eg solutions plc hosted a New Product Showcase last night, at a champagne reception held at Tower Bridge in London, which was attended by many of eg’s existing financial services clients, press and investors.Guests were invited to review the new and improved versions of the eg operational intelligence® software suite (incorporating eg work manager®).
eg specialists were on hand to explain the benefits of the new products, which include improved end-to-end process and milestone measurement, customer experience management functionality (encompassing new service and quality metrics), management across multiple time zones, resource, skills and service requirement forecasting, and an improved “look and feel” for users and managers alike. The overall eg operational intelligence® suite allows eg to better support existing and new clients in optimising their operational performance management capabilities, particularly in the areas of customer service, productivity and complex multi-step processing.
Following an introductory presentation and welcome by eg solutions’ Chief Executive Officer, Elizabeth Gooch, external guest speaker Nigel Rayner addressed the audience.
Mr Rayner, who is Vice President in Gartner Research, enjoys a deservedly high profile reputation as a leading global expert in performance management products. He focused particularly on how best to understand the value and impact of performance management and the best practices that business and IT leaders should employ in order to evolve a successful performance management strategy.
