The awards are open to all of eg’s clients worldwide. The categories for the 2011 Awards:
Company & Team Awards:
- Forecasting & Strategic Planning Best Practice – Team or Company
- Operational Excellence Best Practice – Team or Company
- Best use of Software to achieve strategic objectives
These awards will be given for outstanding contributions, significant achievements, proven improvements and best practice use of eg’s software, forecasting & strategic planning tools or operational intelligence & analytics across a defined business area.
Individual Awards based on the application of real-time work management:
- UK Team Manager Best Practice
- International Team Manager Best Practice
Best Practice Manager
The Best Practice Manager award will be given for consistently high performance achieved and for significant improvements across a team of teams through disciplined personal application and leadership.
Best Newcomer
The Best Newcomer award will be given for best achievement by a Team Manager who has been appointed to the role or introduced to the eg principles of operational management® no more than 6 months prior to the entry closing date*
Most Improved Team Manager
The Most Improved Team Manager award will be given for most significant improvement in performance by a Team Leader from a measurable start point over the 12 month period leading up to the entry closing date*.
*Separate UK and International Awards are subject to a minimum level of entrants
Business Support – Technical/Operations
The Best Business Support award will be given for consistent business based operational or technical support for effective use across a defined business operation.
