The categories for the 2010 Awards are:

• Best Practice – consistent performance achieved by a Team Leader through the disciplined application of the eg principles of operational management®.
• Best Newcomer – best achievement by a Team Leader who has been appointed to the role or introduced to the eg principles of operational management® no more than 6 months prior to the entry closing date.
• Most Improved – the most significant improvement in performance by a Team Leader from a measurable start point over the 12 month period leading up to the entry closing date.
• Best Practice Manager – consistent performance achieved across a team of teams through the disciplined personal application and leadership in the eg principles of operational management®.
• Best Business Support – consistent business based support for the effective use of the eg principles of operational management® across a defined business operation.
• Company Award – Groups of individuals/teams demonstrating outstanding contribution, significant achievement and proven improvement in either product innovation, product usage, customer service.
