Through a blend of regular customer review meetings, focus groups, software user groups and ongoing help desk support, coupled with upgrade planning and implementation services, we always ensure that the eg software suite is running at peak performance.

Helpdesk support is available to our customers globally, 24 hours a day, seven days a week*.
