Who is the programme for?
The programme is intended for those in a role of managing, planning and processing of back office work through a team, primarily Team Leaders and their deputies. The objective of the programme is to train those involved in managing, planning and processing of back office work in the eg principles of operational management® and support the effective implementation of three key strategies – Measure, Manage & Improve.
What is covered?
This programme focuses on the application of operational management principles in the back office. It is tailored to provide the theory and practice that will deliver improved performance, achievement of goals and the foundation for continuous improvement.

Assessments are undertaken following the programme against standard criteria that define best practice. The programme and our assessment process have been developed from our 20 years of experience in implementing these skills within client organisations.
The overall programme involves approximately 20 hours workshop based learning together with on-site support and evaluation.
